1. I am the decision maker in the business and have authority to sign this agreement.
2. I understand that my credit card / bank account will be charged and the agreed services will not begin until payment has been successfully processed.
3. I understand that I am not entitled to a refund if I change my mind.
4. I acknowledge that this is a minimum of a 6-month term. After 6 months, to cancel I must notify Champion Web Studio. I acknowledge that Champion Web Studio are not bound to provide me any source files, database or website material including domain name.
5. I acknowledge that if I own my current domain, I supply the login credentials for my domain name server. I authorise Champion Web Studio to transfer domain name and hosting to Champion Web Studio's server.
6. I understand that I have the responsibility to respond to emails and phone calls from Champion Web Studio to assist the development of the website. Monthly payments will be continued to apply if the website is not yet on the public domain.
7. I understand that if I fail to provide the domain name login credentials within 15 business days, Champion Web Studio will register a new domain name for me to launch the website.
8. I understand that Castle Jackson do not have control of the Google search results, and there is no guaranteed position on the result page for any keywords.
9. In the event of an e-commerce website appearing offline, Champion Web Studio holds no responsibility however we will endeavour to restore functionality as quickly as possible, for the sake of the common good.
10. I understand that all management and responsibility of the business’ email addresses are the sole responsibility, of the business owner.
