  • The subscription includes a 12-month minimum term, after which it continues month-to-month. You're free to cancel anytime after the initial term. Please note that the website remains our property upon cancellation, as retaining it without an active subscription wouldn't be sustainable for our business.

  • You'll simply need to sign a new 12-month agreement.

  • If you cancel before the initial 12-month term, you'll be responsible for the remaining balance of the full site cost ($2160), minus any payments already made. We value long-term partnerships and aim to work with clients who share that commitment.

  • Each invoice includes a 7-day grace period for payment. If payment isn’t received within that timeframe, a $25 late fee will apply. For subscription plans, if multiple invoices remain unpaid for an extended period, we reserve the right to cancel the contract. In such cases, the client will be responsible for paying the full standard cost of the website. We’re committed to being flexible and understanding—life happens, and we’re happy to offer support when needed. However, if there’s no communication or response to our messages, we must take appropriate steps to protect the time and effort we’ve invested in building your website.

  • We send invoices via GoCardless, which includes a secure link to enter your payment details. Subscriptions can be paid using a credit or debit card, and we accept all major card providers. For lump-sum projects, payments are also processed through GoCardless. Please note: we do not accept checks or money orders.

  • The $100 fee for each additional page is a one-time charge—not a recurring monthly fee. So, if you need 3 extra pages, it's just $300 total. No ongoing costs—just a simple, upfront payment.

  • When you sign a contract—whether it's a lump sum or subscription—if we’re unable to create a design you’re 100% happy with and you choose not to proceed, we’ll refund your initial payment. However, once we move forward with building the site, all payments become non-refundable. Any refunds beyond that point are issued solely at our discretion.

  • Yes, subscriptions continue indefinitely after the initial 12-month minimum term, with monthly payments ongoing. On our end, it typically takes 2–3 years to match the revenue we’d earn from a lump-sum project. That’s why we aim to build long-term relationships with our clients—ideally lasting at least 5 years—to make the subscription model financially sustainable. By that time, the website should be delivering well over $180 in monthly value, essentially paying for itself. Our goal is for clients to continue seeing the value in our work and ongoing support, so we can keep doing what we do best.

  • No, there isn’t a buyout option to stop monthly payments on the subscription plan. As mentioned earlier, it typically takes 2–3 years (including hosting costs) for us to earn what we would from a lump-sum project. The subscription model only becomes financially sustainable if clients stay for 5+ years. This recurring revenue allows us to avoid constantly chasing new sales and instead focus our time and energy on supporting our existing clients—delivering better service, faster response times, and more attention to your website. If clients frequently opted out early, the model would become unsustainable, and the quality of service would suffer. That’s why subscriptions are structured for long-term value—for both you and us.

  • Yes! We offer an unlimited edits and support add-on for $50/month, with a 12-month minimum commitment. This add-on can’t be paused or toggled on and off—once canceled, reinstating it requires a new 12-month agreement.

  • The main difference comes down to short-term vs. long-term costs. With a subscription, you’ll pay more over time, but the monthly payments are small, manageable, and budget-friendly. The lump-sum option requires a higher upfront investment but saves you money in the long run since the full cost of design and development is paid upfront. Choosing the right option depends on your cash flow and goals. If you'd prefer to avoid a large upfront expense and value ongoing support, the subscription is a great fit. If you don’t need ongoing services and want to save over time, the lump-sum package may be the better choice.

  • Yes and no. SEO consists of two key components: on-page and off-page. On-page SEO includes everything on your website—such as content, page speed, accessibility, structure, and meta tags. Off-page SEO refers to external efforts like link building, guest posts, citations, and more. Our standard packages include some on-page SEO features like lightning-fast load times, accessibility optimization, meta tags, Google Search Console setup, sitemap generation, and basic content creation. However, effective SEO is an ongoing process that goes far beyond the initial setup. If you're interested in more advanced or ongoing SEO work, we do offer dedicated SEO packages—just let us know, and we’d be happy to discuss your goals.

  • No, we don’t currently offer e-commerce sites under our standard $180/month plan. E-commerce setups require significantly more time, customisation, and ongoing management compared to standard business websites, which makes them more costly to deliver.

  • Yes, you always own your domain. We believe in full transparency and never lock clients in.

  • Our SEO specialist rates vary depending on the scope and goals of your project. The more comprehensive the strategy, the higher the cost. Typically, our base SEO package starts at $700/month, with pricing increasing based on how aggressive or competitive you'd like your campaign to be.

  • Yes, it absolutely does! While it may sound biased coming from us, effective SEO truly works—especially in competitive markets. To appear on the first page of search results, you'll need to compete with businesses that have dozens of pages, hundreds of backlinks, and are ranking for multiple keywords across various locations. SEO isn’t a quick fix—it’s a long-term investment. Results often take 6 to 12 months to materialize, but with the right strategy, the impact can be significant and lasting.

  • Not quite! Unless your site gets featured in major outlets like The Age or similar high-authority publications, it's unlikely you'll reach the top of search results in just a month. You may get calls from so-called 'SEO experts' promising #1 rankings in under three months—but if it were that easy and guaranteed, everyone would already be there. In smaller, less competitive markets, faster results are possible—but ultimately, rankings are determined by Google. We can follow all best practices, but timing depends on factors like your competition and Google’s indexing pace. That said, we’ve helped many clients achieve great results, and we’re happy to share case studies showing what’s possible and how long it realistically took.

  • Our SEO expert brings a strong background in copywriting, focusing on creating high-quality, meaningful website content. Rather than relying on outdated SEO tricks, they prioritize value—ensuring every page contributes to your site’s authority, not digital noise. As Google’s algorithms evolve, well-crafted, user-focused content is more important than ever. They personally write all website copy, combining SEO knowledge with sharp writing skills to produce content that connects with both search engines and real people.

At its core, SEO is about content. Your website should answer the questions your potential clients are asking. This builds trust, positions you as an expert, and improves your visibility on Google. With a proven track record of successful content strategies across various industries, our SEO expert is ready to help your business stand out.

  • Yes, we do! Google Ads pair perfectly with our SEO strategies—helping you generate leads quickly while your long-term SEO gains momentum. Our expert has extensive experience managing ad campaigns for both small and large businesses, tailoring strategies to suit any budget.

  • Yes, we use a range of tools to thoroughly audit your website and identify every potential issue and area for improvement. Some problems may be minor and easy to fix, while others might require more in-depth attention. A comprehensive SEO audit is always our first step when starting any campaign. That’s because even the best content and strongest backlink profile won’t make an impact if your site has underlying technical flaws. We identify and address these early to ensure your website is fully optimized and performing at its best.

  • SEO is a long-term strategy and investment—you won’t see results overnight. While we typically recommend allowing 6–12 months to see meaningful outcomes, some progress may happen sooner. That said, real success takes time, consistency, and effort. Established competitors may have websites that have been live for over a decade, building trust and credibility with Google. As a new site, you’ll need to earn that same trust by steadily growing your authority. You can’t just launch and expect to outrank long-standing competitors immediately. Our goal is to help you build that authority step by step—so over time, your site becomes just as trusted, and ultimately, outranks the competition.

  • Our websites are typically completed within 2–4 weeks, depending on how quickly clients provide content and images, as well as the availability of our design and development team. In some cases, it can be done in as little as 2 weeks.

  • Unfortunately, no — if we offered that, we wouldn’t be able to stay in business! However, you’ll always retain ownership of your domain and assets.

  • Yes, absolutely. We don’t hold anything hostage — even if we purchased the domain on your behalf, it will be transferred to you if you cancel your subscription.

  • Nope! Everything we create is built with custom, hand-written code — no page builders here. That’s what sets us apart: we take the time to do things properly, and it shows in both the quality of our work and the impact on our clients’ online presence.

  • Our custom-coded websites offer better security, faster load times, easier maintenance, and lower ongoing costs. They’re also easier to customize and free from unnecessary bloat, since we don’t rely on plugins for everything. Unlike platforms like WordPress, there’s no need for constant updates — which, if missed, can leave your site vulnerable to hacks and malicious redirects. From a security standpoint, our sites don’t use databases or common entry points that hackers target. This means there’s simply nothing for them to break into, making our websites inherently more secure and resilient against online threats.
